A study group on approaches and techniques for deepening the soul/spiritual aspects of art in light of Steiner’s vision for a new artistic impulse. For practising artists and art students.

The 2nd of three courses in the Masterclass series on the origins of our spiritual and earthly existence. We visit Lemuria and Atlantis in depth. Fortnightly classes, with selected lectures and sketches by Steiner.

A Schooling course based on Steiner’s How to Know Higher Worlds, focusing on the sun, moon and plant motifs. Wet-on-dry painting, archetypal polarities, and meditation.

An exploration of the role of composition in painting in relation to the ego or “I”as the organiser of our soul life, through painting, drawing and art history observation. The health-giving effects of working consciously with the principles of the fourfold human being underpins this final Schooling course.

This painting course introduces Steiner’s 7 image and lustre colours from his Colour lectures. Knowledge of Goethe’s Theory of Colour or equivalent and watercolour skills recommended. A Schooling course.

Our human life moves and breathes between thresholds: macrocosm and microcosm, waking and sleeping, birth and death. This masterclass works with the thresholds in our lives and in nature, through polarities and the breathing impulse.
