An exploration of light in our lives through the ages ….

This therapeutic painting intensive uses colour as our guide to the ‘entwined lights of Nature and Mind. It takes us through our changing relationship to the Sun, from mythological times to today, from the Sun-worshipping Ancient Egyptians as heralds of the Inner Sun, which gradually entered our lives since the Turning Point of Time.

Drawing on the research of Rudolf Steiner, Goethe, Arthur Zajonc and Liane Collot d’Herbois, we work with flowing colour and light to balance our breathing and revitalise our souls.

Who is it for?

For anyone in need of soul nourishment and renewal. Particularly suited for conditions of depression, burnout and exhaustion, but a vital pick-up for anyone in need of more colour and inner light.

You do not need to be an experienced artist to participate in this workshop. Participants are gently led through the experience, accompanied by verse and poetry.

Online guided exercises and contemplation interspersed with working quietly in the comfort of your home with the company of an international community.
