An exploration of light in our lives through the ages ….

This painting course uses colour as our guide to the ‘entwined lights’ of Nature and Mind. It takes us through our changing relationship to the Sun, from mythological times to today, from the Sun-worshipping Ancient Egyptians as heralds of the Inner Sun, which gradually entered our lives since the Turning Point of Time.

Drawing on the research of Rudolf Steiner, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Arthur Zajonc, Margarethe Hauschka and Liane Collot d’Herbois, we work with flowing colour and mythic imagination to follow the our journey of light and darkness.

Who is it for?

For anyone interested in the spiritual history of humanity, as a journey of light and darkness.

For artists, teachers, and deep thinkers interested in the anthroposophic approach to consciousness, evolution and transformation through art.

This course also has therapeutic indications on how to balance our breathing and revitalise our souls, especially for anxiety, depression and fear of the future.
